Triptease: from failure to success with James Osmond

Not all businesses are comfortable talking about past failures and mistakes they’ve made, but we’re not ones to shy away from telling the Triptease story (particularly as it has a happy ending).

Our General Manager, James Osmond, took to the Travel Technology stage at World Travel Market earlier this month to tell our company story; from mistakes we’ve made, lessons we’ve learnt, what’s kept us motivated through to our great achievements that have brought us to where we are today. And as we’re nearing the end of 2016, we’re pleased to be working with more than 12,000 hotels since we officially launched our Direct Booking Platform just a year and a half ago.
