At the Direct Booking Summit: EMEA 2019 in Paris, Antoine Dubois, SVP Marketing Global Strategy at Accor Group, delivered a keynote talk Repositioning your brand: From hospitality to augmented hospitality, how to shape the future of our industry during which he took us through the process of streamlining branding towards certain audiences with simplicity, immediacy, personalization and looking beyond the stay.

In a pre-summit interview, Antione stated that hotels cannot succeed if they keep separating brand online and in the physical world. As an advocate for a hotel brand's role in the success of any hotel's direct booking strategy, he shared with the Summit's attendees Accor's best practices for brand building and explained the impact it can have on their long-term strategy.
