The Connected Guest: How to respond effectively to evolving guest needs

Join us at the The Connected Guest, a new free masterclass co-hosted by Triptease, Avvio and Guestline.

The event will take place after day two of World Travel Market (November 6th at 4 pm) at the luxurious Sunborn Yacht in London.

The Connected Guest will provide its attendees with invaluable knowledge and actionable tips on how to improve guest experience and increase their website's direct booking traffic.

The conference will kick off with a session run by Frank Reeves, Co-founder and CEO of Avvio. In this talk, Frank will explore guest behaviors and how hotel technology can radically transform their booking experience.

Presented by Andrew Metcalfe, Chief Technology Officer at Guestline, the second session 'Rooms, not Blue Jeans' will investigate the future of e-commerce and hospitality.

Next on stage will be Triptease's Principal Product Marketing Manager, Thomas Griffiths. Thomas will explain why we think hospitality begins online and unveil the ultimate weapon for direct bookings. This session will also cover the importance of building an emotional connection with guests and explain the value of data tracking.

The event will conclude with a panel debate called: 'Enhance your Channel Mix with the Right Tech' run by local industry experts such as Ellen Picket (Digital Manager at The Hoxton) and Sam Riches (Director of Sales & Marketing at The Curtain Hotel & Members Club
). The panel will be moderated by Rob Patterson, CEO of Best Western UK.
