Updates and deep dives: A new way to learn about Triptease innovation

Have you noticed anything different about Triptease today? As part of a major rebrand to reflect our evolution to a full-funnel direct booking channel we’ve improved our website, platform and now - the way that you’ll receive product news from us.

Growing direct business online is challenging and every hotel faces different issues. We want to ensure that all the hotels we work with have the chance to speak with our product team regularly so you can learn first hand about our latest updates, and ask questions about the topics that matter most to you.

That’s why we’re launching a completely new approach to product communication. From now on, the last newsletter you receive from us each month will be 100% focussed on the Triptease product. You’ll get a run through of everything we’ve launched in the past four weeks but - more importantly - you’ll also get the chance to register for our new monthly product webinar.

In the first half of these webinars our Product Managers will be on hand to introduce the latest updates we’ve made to the platform and answer any questions you might have. In the second half we’ll be taking a closer look at a specific topic or aspect of the Triptease Platform and providing a really detailed view of how to use particular tools to maximum effect.

Joining our monthly product webinar will allow you and your team to stay up-to-date with the very latest innovations from Triptease, while also gaining a deeper understanding of the parts of the platform that will be most useful for particular areas of your business.

You may find that some of our deep dive topics aren’t relevant for every team at your hotel. That’s fine! You’re free to join us for the latest news and updates then pick and choose which in-depth topics are going to be most useful for you. If we’re covering onsite conversion best practices, make sure your marketing team is there. If you’re looking to learn more about metasearch and traffic acquisition, join us for discussions around our Acquire tools.

Each month our product-focussed email will announce the topic we’ll be covering at the following week’s webinar so you can make sure you’re booked in and ready to put your questions to our team!

Ready to sign up for our first webinar?

We’ll be introducing some very exciting new features including a monthly performance email, variant testing for your website messages and weekly metasearch performance reporting. Our deep dive will look at the range of monitoring emails, reports and dashboards you can use to keep a close eye on your direct booking performance.

The webinar will take place at 5pm GMT on Wednesday 6th February. Triptease clients who subscribe to the newsletter will receive an invitation in the new monthly product edition.
