The Direct Booking Summit has finally wrapped up in Paris - and what a fantastic couple of days it has been! Filled with keynotes, panel discussions and interactive workshops, this year's event also offered hoteliers the opportunity to take part in one-to-one Direct Booking coaching sessions, hotel website design consultations and an exclusive networking evening in one of Paris's legendary nightclubs.

As there were so many highlights on and off the Summit stage, the only way we could do it justice was by sharing the best with you in stunning picture form. Enjoy!

Charlie Osmond (Triptease), Pierre-Charles Grob (D-EDGE) and Martin Soler (Soler & Associates) build their direct booking budget priorities on stage...literally.

Genevieve Materne, Vice President Global Distribution Strategy at Hyatt Hotels Corporation teaches hoteliers to evaluate the incrementality of third parties - including OTAs.

“Experience is the most powerful form of marketing we have,” says Antoine Dubois, Senior Vice President Global Marketing Strategy at Accor Group, as he shares the vision of Accor in the age of change.

Nicolas Durand (Jumeirah Group Headquarters) asks Alexander Gibb (Baur Au Lac), Shona Cleary (Great National Group) and Adrienne Hanna (Right Revenue) to share their actionable tips to OTA management during a heated panel discussion.

Hotel Hero Joe Pettigrew (Starwood Capital Group) returns to the Summit's stage to share how hoteliers can utilise all their distribution channels and take a holistic look at their hotel's performance.

The truth about wholesale distribution comes out on the Summit's stage. Thibault Catala (Catala Consulting), Tobias Kohler (Ruby Hotels) Michiel Bogaert (International Hotel Management Group) and Ayudh Nakaprasit (Eastiny Pattaya) shared how they battle leaking rates and dysfunctional partnerships.

Charlie Osmond, Chief Tease at Triptease welcomes hoteliers into the Direct Booking Summit family, and outlines the modern challenges facing a developing industry.

It's not about points: Martin Soler (Soler & Associates) Ilse Kous (Mews Systems), Kevin Machefert (Machefert Group) and Sofia Tappa (Revinate) discuss the meaning of loyalty in today's hospitality landscape.

Hotel Hero Nicolas Durand (Jumeirah Group Headquarters) returns to the stage to share how your hotel can improve rate parity by changing a distribution model from static to dynamic.

A coaching session in progress: the Summit's attendees could sign up for one-to-one sessions with Triptease's Direct Booking Coaches and Senior Product Designer to learn how to optimize their hotel website.

The hospitality industry comes together to party at L'ARC, the hottest club in the heart of Paris!

A day filled with learnings should always end with a champagne reception and a live band... well as an electric music set with one of the top DJs in Europe (and a live debut from our own playlist specialist and content extraordinaire, Rob!).
