From a newly relaunched FAQ section to a quick way to track your Front Desk ROI, this month we've been working on some little tricks to make our client's lives easier. And don't forget - if you're a Triptease customer you can see the full list of our latest Product Updates as they happen by clicking on the Updates tab in the Triptease Platform.

Tagging guests in Front Desk

Product: Front Desk - Date: Thursday 12th October

We’ve now introduced tags that suggest certain characteristics about a guest to help you understand quickly what kind of stay they might be booking, and how you should respond to them.

For example, if a guest has searched for dates from Sunday to Friday, we would assume that this customer may be travelling for business so we would tag them with Business in the Front Desk Agent Portal.

Other tags include Leisure for guests searching for dates that include a Saturday, High value for guests looking at booking seven days or more, Group for bookings of three or more adults, Family for bookings that include a child and Buying signals for anyone who has made more that one Price Check search in the past seven days.

Track your performance with Front Desk Insights

Product: Front Desk - Date: Wednesday 11th October

The latest update to Front Desk is designed to help you easily track performance and ROI.

If you log in to the Triptease platform, click on Front Desk in the left hand menu, then select Insights, you’ll now be able to access key numbers that show the value generated from Front Desk in relation to the hours your agents have spent answering guests’ questions.

You’ll also see the number of visitors you had, how many received a response to their question, and how many of those went on to make a booking.

Relaunched Help and Support section is live

Date: Tuesday 10th October

Our newly relaunched Help and Support centre is here to answer all your questions about Triptease, our platform and how to increase your direct bookings.

Use the tool bar to search for answers to a specific question, or browse the collections to explore Price Check, Parity, Message Porter and Front Desk.

View Message Porter campaign breakdown per hotel

Product: Message Porter - Date: Friday 6th October

You can now drill down into the details of every campaign that’s being run by each hotel in your Campaign Manager.

In the Hotels tab within the Campaign Manager, you just need to click on a specific hotel to see a list of every campaign that hotel is running. Find out which campaigns are performing best and replicate them elsewhere.
